In this exciting Saturday daytime class learn to make a pair of elasticated trousers in a day! You will be guided through how to lay a sewing pattern onto fabric, how to cut a sewing pattern out in fabric, and step by step how to construct the trousers. What to bring: - 3 meters of cotton fabric (avoid stretch) - Matching thread - 1.5 meters of 3-5cm elastic - Basic sewing kit including, scissors, pins, and an unpicker You are more than welcome to bring your own sewing machine however we will have machines available to use. Missing any items from your sewing kit? Don't worry we have spares you can borrow! This class is suitable for sewists with some experience in using a sewing machine.
